Salom factories are ISO9001 /14001 and OHSAS 18000 certified. We have also received ISO13485 certification for the manufacture of medical devices and are Apple approved for manufacture of MFI lightning cables.

In part due to this commitment to quality, we are licensed to produce and sell Motorola chargers and data cables.

We’re well aware that quality affects our customers in a variety of ways, particularly with regards to public perception of our customers brand and consumer satisfaction ratings. We therefore monitor our performance with quarterly customer scorecards to ensure that we maintain ‘best in class’ performance over our competitors and have a company-wide commitment to continuous improvement as embodied in our values to continually set the benchmark even higher.

Consequently, we are investing in our own team of in-house instructors to teach Six Sigma, Lean Improvement, Communication and Interaction methodologies across the company.
